There is commitment to a continuous plant and automation investment programme within the company. However, less than 1% of all plant procured is bespoke or dedicated and redundant plant is routinely re-deployed to reduce process costs and maintain competitiveness in a highly price conscious environment.

A major benefit to our customers of this philosophy is that there are usually no protracted plant or tooling amortisation periods when new projects are initiated, and current production parts can be modified with minimal cost and supply disruption.

To further enhance our competitive edge, significant investment is underway to robotise all processes to achieve further cost savings and production improvements.
